Babar Azam Returns to Lahore After T20 World Cup, Set to Meet PCB Chairman

LAHORE: National cricket team captain Babar Azam has reached Lahore, Pakistan. Babar Azam has reached Lahore from America via Dubai, after Pakistan’s defeat in the T20 World Cup, Babar Azam stayed in America. Babar Azam will meet PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi after a few days.

According to the report of Dunya News, Babar Azam has reached Lahore via Dubai. Babar Azam had stopped in America after leaving the tournament in America. Along with Babar Azam, 6 other cricketers also stayed in America. The other 6 cricketers had returned last week but Babar Azam has now arrived.

The report also stated that Babar Azam will meet Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi, and will discuss the performance of Pakistan team players in the World Cup.

It should be remembered that the Pakistan cricket team was eliminated in the first stage of the ICC T20 World Cup. Pakistan cricket team was defeated by India and America in the first two matches.
